Wellington Raphael Rodríguez Santana

Wellington Raphael Rodriguez Santana has a beautiful smile.  He lives with his mother Wanda Lisa Santana Almonte when she is not away at work.  His parents are divorced.  His mom is a single parent.   She doesn’t receive any support from Wellington’s father. When Wanda is working as a waitress out of town Wellington stays with his grandmother.  She lives in the house also.  Wellington’s brother is 5 yrs old, and his cousin is 4 yrs old.  They both live in the home with him as well.

Wellington is 4 yrs old, and was born 01 Mar 2006.  He goes to school in the afternoons for 3 hours and is in the pre-school class.  He is in good health.  Wellington wants to be a baseball player when he grows up.

The family home will be one of the first on my list for home makeovers.  It is in horrible condition.  The house belongs to Wellington’s grandmother so they don’t pay rent.  There are 7 adults and 4 children living in the home.  The house is full of water at the back; the yard and kitchen are full of stagnant water.  The water needs to be drained, and the space filled in with cement as it is below the house.
